By accessing or using Smart Living Advisors, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Smart Living Advisors operates a lead-matching platform that connects homeowners with independent third-party home service professionals. We are not a contractor and do not perform contracting services.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the work, conduct, or qualifications of any third-party professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Living Advisors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party services obtained through us.

By submitting a project request, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Smart Living Advisors and matched professionals as described in our consent notice. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, except for claims qualifying for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
